Hydrangea flowers in full bloom at Uji temple

UJI, Japan - Hydrangea flowers at Mimurodo Temple at Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, are lit for a press preview on June 2 ahead of public showing to last from June 5. About 10,000 hydrangea trees of 30 different varieties grow in the compound of the Buddhist temple. The flowers will be open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays from June 5 to June 27.
